This notice explains how details submitted through the DoGENBio inquiry forms on this site are used.
Export inquiries are received and handled by DoGENBio Co., Ltd. (Seoul, Republic of Korea).
Your name (optional), organisation, work email, country, role, and the product, application or distribution details you choose to provide, together with a request reference and the time of submission. Forms are hosted on Netlify, which processes submissions on our behalf.
To answer your request: product selection, a quotation, an evaluation kit or a distribution discussion. Details are not used for newsletters or advertising and are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the two companies above and the hosting provider, except where a shipment requires a courier to receive your delivery address.
For as long as needed to answer and follow up on the request, and afterwards as required by Korean commercial record-keeping rules. You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at any time.
Patient data, personal health information or confidential formulation details. A non-confidential description of your application is enough to start; confidential matters are handled under a written agreement.
